At this stage, their sleep patterns are still developing, making traditional sleep coaching unsuitable. Instead, the focus should be on creating a sense of security and fostering a strong parent-child bond. Cry-it-out methods or rigid sleep training are not appropriate for newborns and can be overwhelming for both baby and parents.

I will guide you through age-appropriate strategies to create a soothing sleep environment, establish a gentle daily rhythm, and understand your baby’s natural sleep cues.
